My first set lasted a couple of years before the right speaker stopped working. I bought a second pair because of all of the great reviews, thinking I just got a badset. The wiring in the second pair went bad a little over 1 year. The charging port doesn't maintain connection so they won't fully charge. They sound great but just don't last. I had the 3M work tunes for about 5-6 years and liked them a lot for what I do. But they weren’t very comfortable. These are much more comfortable and add the feature of being able to hear everything with a transparency type mode, just at a much less volume level. The music clarity is nothing like my AirPods, but I wasn’t expecting it to be. I do however like that after hours of listening to my music loudly while running equipment that my ears aren’t ringing after I take them off. I wasn’t sure about the battery life because I was use to charging my last pair after each couple of uses. I had pretty low expectation for this product due to its price. However, once the place them in my ears do I know I was wrong to judge it as cheap performance. It does what its suppose to: reduce noise. With electronic noise reduction activated, you can hear everything clearly. It enhances vocal sounds (you can hear people whispering at times). And all the loud noises are reduced. The gel cups around the ear pretty comfortably without hurting the side of my head when wearing protective eyewear. One thing to note is that the earmuffs are sub-par in terms of passive noise reduction. Without the electronic noise reduction, there is little to no protection for anything. Other than that, it is a fantastic product and worth every penny of it. B001T7QJ9O US
