Just when I press them, bad things happen. EDIT: Updated to 4 stars after I managed to fix the issue weirdly. I was looking at other keyboards and thinking about swapping keys because I like the feel of these keys, and I popped the down arrow key off to check the pins underneath, noticed I could make it scroll down by placing my finger where the key was at, popped it back on and it's working now. I bought a V5 Max and initially liked it a lot, the switches strike a good balance between that click/tactile feedback without being too loud (I'm a blue switch person). I liked the V5 Max so much initially that I ordered a V6 Max a short time later to use at work (developer). Like I said, initially for the first few weeks, things were good. However, less than a month into owning the V5 I started to notice missed strokes/double keystrokes that became increasingly frequent. At first I dealt with it but it eventually became so frequent in missing strokes or double stroking that it would miss the key stroke as many as 4 out of 5 times. Then shortly after that began acting up, my V6 Max started behaving similarly but not as frequent. When I reached out to Keychron support, they suggested I try pressing down on the keys to make sure all the switches were seated fully and that offered some temporary relief with some keys. But only temporary. They then suggested I try swapping switches from "working" keys to the non-working keys to see if that fixed it, offering to supply me with replacement switches. Swapping some fixed some, not all, but more and more keys just kept acting up and I don't have time to go back and forth with support on what has turned out to be an expensive and sub-par product.
