I have a pretty hefty, full-grown chonky boy, and he climbed this thing exactly once before deciding it wasn’t for him. He does enjoy scratching the posts occasionally, but honestly, I could’ve just bought him a scratching post at that point lol And don’t even get me started on the assembly! This thing was an absolute pain in the a$$ to put together. The slats were especially frustrating, and it took my mom and me about THREE HOURS to get everything assembled. Definitely not what I was expecting! I could see this being a decent option for someone with kittens or smaller cats, but for my full-grown chunky boy, it’s pretty much useless. It’s unfortunate because I really do love the look of it, and I was hoping it would be a more durable alternative to traditional cat towers. Overall, it’s cute, but that’s about where the positives end for me. Between the frustrating assembly, small size, and the fact that my cat has zero interest in actually using it, I just can’t recommend it. Personally, I’d skip this one.
