Everything was there the wireless dongle, charging cable, 3.5mm cable and the headset. No scratches and marks on the headset what so ever. The headset itself was overall very comfortable and I am able to wear them much longer than my previous pair, the Kraken 7.1 V2's, The auto adjustable headband and ear cup size are something that I am still getting used to but and thoroughly enjoying the wireless capabilities. Now to the sound. This headset requires Synapse 3 to run and you must adjust the EQ settings if you dont they actually do sound very bad. Dial these settings in and you are golden and sound like a pair of amazing headphones. Other reviews and guides online will say the same things. The Microphone is decent for being wireless, it does require the settings to be adjusted a bit first but currently I havn't had much of an issue with it yet. Planetside 2 is my main game that requires voice comms and have not had anyone say they cannot hear me. The game and chat audio wheel is a nice convenient item not super required but if your off voice comes you can really crank up the game audio and a it make sit much louder without having to turn up the overall volume. The opposite end you have have the headphones focus more on comms chat which will lover the games volume so that you can hear your people. The headset and software do this by have separate audio channels for game and chat and this is a vital thing to set up as it makes the adjustment wheel on the headset work properly. So if i get up for something I will usually turn up my comms chat to hear my team and find out what going on since Im not at the desk for a minute and dont need to worry as much of what happening on the screen. TITECOUGO Sling Bag Crossbody Shoulder Outdoor Travel Hiking Backpack for Women & Men 5 Just the right size overall, convenient, great price, durability, and delivery! A champ! B H*** Bought this to replace a slightly smaller one from another vendor (that I stressed out a zipper on the largest compartment). The size increase works great while still being a small sling pack (smaller than a regular backpack, yet big enough to hold what I wanted). It holds a Contigo 20 oz thermos water bottle in the outside pouch, snuggly. (My prior item couldn't). Or a portable umbrella. It holds an Oontz portable speaker inside the largest compartment, along with lots of other stuff (small food items such as an apple, larabars, a bag of trail mix , iPhone recharger w/cable in a case, a small foldable shopping bag, and more all together) without stressing out the stitching or zippers. (My prior item couldn't and a zipper broke). Storing my Contigo thermos in the largest compartment (without the Oontz speaker), in spite of its size, still leaves room for a small apple on top of the thermos, and all the same lots of other stuff in the inside pouch as mentioned before. It's cramped inside but still manages to work well. If I remove the big items from this largest compartment, I'm able to stuff in a lightweight foldable jacket! (size mens small). No joke or exaggeration! The middle compartment easily holds my iPhone 6 plus and is easy to slide in/out. The smallest compartment holds 2 small supplement containers, an earbud case, and some other small items without much effort. The material has, so far, been shown to be very durable and stands up to a tad of rough treatment (by me) without showing any sign of distress. This bag appears small and comfortable to wear, yet accommodates more than I expected, and challenge it to carry. The included zip pulls work great (not included with my prior item). It also came with an iPhone charging cable and a carabiner (happily unexpected!). The sling strap, for my body size (mens small, 5' 7", slender) is a little bit longer than I prefer. (Same goes for my previous sling bag). So I've tightened it to the max and used a rubber band to secure a section of it folding it up a few inches shorter. Seems fine now. I've also used it on bike rides but added a second clip-on strap attaching to both points on the bottom and around my waist to keep the bag from slipping to one side or the other, (only needed for biking). Problem solved. I take it everywhere and experience it as a great convenience and comfortable resource. I'm sorry I bought my previous smaller sling, even though I thought I'd really like it, but realistically this item has proven itself the champ! Update 3-29-2022: so far everything has held together great, in spite of all my efforts to the contrary! Still no signs of wear and tear, NONE! Also, the device has the port situated on the left side of the device so if you are right handed, the cable protrudes into your mouse space to the right of your keyboard.
