We wanted a showerhead that would be removable to wash our toddler and because she and I have delicate skin I wanted a water filter. I had another brand before this and added the shower filter on separately and this is a much better solution. The shower head itself is a little large to accommodate the filter and that is its only drawback as I see it. It has several adjustments for spray patterns. My girl loves the massage setting. It really seems to filter out chlorine and other contaminants and I could notice a difference right away. It really works well and is well made. For the price of a regular shower head I was able to get one with a filter and is better made than most. It has a metal flexible hose not plastic like the Moen I had before. And the attachment that holds the shower head to the wall is metal also. Seems very sturdy and it actually works. I have had a few culligan products before and I have always been very happy with them. Do yourself a favor and get one of these. It is well worth it. This cartridge makes the shower leak anytime a nearby facet, especially flushing the toilet, is turned on. The resulting pressure imbalance in the system causes this cartridge to leak. I contact Lasco directly and they said it was the o-ring in the top-level assembly, which makes no sense. It doesn't leak out the valve stem, it leaks out the shower head. The chair is wider than anticipated - it fits in a stall shower but just barely and the handles make navigating the glass doors tricky. We placed it with the back under the shower head (ours is removable, with a hose) so that my mother-in-law could also use the shower without needing to take the chair out each time. Assembly was straightforward and all the pieces were included. The chair legs are adjustable using the metal button/multiple opening system. Some of the buttons were difficult to push in and one of the legs was so difficult to move that two of us needed to pull simultaneously which ended up with my thumb getting caught in the opening with the button. Ouch! Once assembled, the chair was not flush on all four legs. The moment you sit on the chair it remains steady and, when unoccupied, the wobble is not enough to cause the chair to tip but for someone with mobility and balance issues, this could be problematic as they use the chair to get in or out of the shower and/or seat.
