Chenille Almond Furniture Slipcover Sofa 227 1 Cheap, fraying fabric and torn seams on NEW products Amazon C*** DO NOT purchase this unless you want something of POOR and CHEAP quality. The product already arrived with a defect (fabric was frayed, so the seaming came undone a on a good 6"-7"). Rather than deal with the hassle of returning it, which in retrospect I should have, I sewed it with my sewing machine. After a month, I washed it in the gentle (hand) cycle and put it on the gentle/delicates cycle to dry. This cycle works with all of my delicate hand-wash items such as lace and hand-knit doilies, so a couch cover SHOULD and NEEDS to be able to withstand that. Once I got it out of the machine, I found another section frayed. Whether I wash it or not, merely using the couch cover will continue to allow the fabric to fray and tear from the seam. I am not able to exchange the product because it had already "been laundered", so I'm stuck with a piece of trash that will continue to fray the more it is used. B00A81R5TK US
