If you want to hear another woman’s history of addressing this disease, this is an excellent read. The third book covers self-sufficiency. The chapters included are: choosing the right seeds and how to tend to them, surviving the winter, tending and choosing animals and growing your own food. The external Molle is also good quality. This pouch would serve well as a general belt-carried first aid kit (or small gear kit) for small group outings, and is certainly good for an IFAK. My pouch stays separately in my pickup, but can be quickly attached to my GHB. It does need waterproofing, however at this price point this is a very good pouch, and I recommend it.
