The "medium" screws were surprisingly not all the same length, so when it came to putting the base on, a few of the screws weren't long enough to thread through the other side. After unscrewing and re-approaching a few times, my advice is this: keep the 7 longest of the "mediums" for attaching the wooden base. Other than that, it came together fairly easilyy once I figured out what the issue was. Ease of Use/Sturdiness: I've been using this pretty religiously for a few days now and, overall, I'm very happy with it. The hydraulic lift mechanism shoots up FAST and can be tricky to push down (I have to approach it from the back and be very specific about how I align the force just right to lower it). I worry a bit about leaving it around smaller kids in a place where they can get the lever, so I mostly use it standing up just to be safe. The top did scratch sometime between unboxing and assembly, but that could have been my fault; it has held up to drink condensation and daily use well so far otherwise. Overall take: Assembly frustrations and occasional imperfections aside, it's a godsend when I'm away from my main desk and need to take a call or continue working while moving around. I like that I can move it around pretty easily on hard flooring/thin rugs and can lock the wheels when I don't want it to. Currently trying to figure out an access hack without changing the appearance of the piece. Wiring. In some ways, as mentioned above, it feels very thoughtful but in other ways you’ll just have cord city hanging from below this thing. They could have easily added one more cord entry portal to one of the bases or a channel to mount below the table top that would have cleaned it all up.
