I saw the files showed up on iPhone this time, can play a video too, yay!. Then unplugged it, took it to the computer and the video was gone. I have done everything Nextbase suggest like buying their expensive SD card and performing repeated formatting like it says but this has done nothing to stop it from freezing up. This camera cannot be trusted to be on and filming when you need it. When it freezes up the only thing that will work is to either to hit the reset or to completely unplug it until the battery runs out if the reset fails to work. This was too much money to spend on a camera that does not work right. I thought I had done enough research on this camera before I bought but I was unaware of the freezing up problem.
