My camera is constantly having issues where it won’t record at all because of coding(SD card is a high-end Sandisk) or because it just decided to stop although it is set to record over old files. When it does work the picture quality is good and although the app can be very finicky (connections/responsiveness issues), it also has some convenient features. Because of the issues above I had to constantly reset the camera to factory or wipe and reformat the sd card. Recently is started of getting into the habit of turning off randomly while driving and refusing to go back into recording mode. Instead showing a solid light instead of the usual pulsating light that indicates it is indeed recording. Now the dashcam has decided to refuse recording at all when the car is on and driving, instead staying on and recording the ENTIRE TIME my car is off. Not switching on and off to record any disturbances. I have confirmed with professional installers and FITCAMX that it IS installed correctly, and hardwired to the correct fuses with their own harness. But the camera still does not function correctly! Their support seems good on the face but they fail to offer real solutions to problems when they arise, and instead opt to ignore you for a couple days. They fail to acknowledge an actual problem and/or faulty equipment and have you running around loops testing the equipment and everything else they can think of before ghosting you and hoping you don’t complain again.
