Coby Video Head Cleaner CO-HD1 5 Recommended DevilD*** I had many, many issues with many cameras from PatrolEyes. The DV7 had numerous issues, and so did another I tried. I had several replacements of the DV7, but the Operating System, and some other issues in the User Interface/Options kept cropping up. In the end, I finally purchased this camera, after speaking with the head of the team, possibly owner of the company. I received this camera, and I believe the first one froze up, and would not boot up anymore after some issue occurred with it also. I contacted them again, and they sent me a replacement. I have had it since, and had no issues from it. I had an issue with a spare battery I had purchased, but they replaced it free of charge, AND told me to keep the other for an emergency spare. I use this camera as a dash cam, and a personal-carry cam for my long (5.5 - 6 Mile) walks (humps) just to stay in decent shape I like to take for exercise at night when less people are out to annoy me. I also carry daily, while out and about, and as I carry my pistol, simply to ensure that if anything occurs, I can document. The night vision is great, and the battery lasts long enough to document every second of my walk, with plenty of charge to spare. The options//ui is seemingly good, and the program to protect files from those without a password works well also. I am just now getting around to writing a review for this camera, unfortunately,. but have had it for some time now. I believe the measure of a company is not whether accidents, or oversights never happen, because they inevitably WILL. I believe the measure of a company is whether or not they quickly, efficiently, and fairly resolve a customer's issue(s). I would have to say that the seller, Stunt Cams, lived up to my expectations. I checked for one of the protective plastic sheets that cover lenses and screens but did not find one. Like a fool I ordered a polarizer from Garmin but I should probably have just sent the dash cam back.
