I especially like having a dedicated surface for sewing projects instead of constantly clearing off my dining table. It’s also a great height for working while standing, whether I’m ironing, cutting fabric, organizing materials, or working on a craft project. The built-in storage is another feature I really appreciate. I can keep sewing supplies, scissors, measuring tools, small craft materials, and other frequently used items nearby instead of having everything scattered around the room. The wheels are also very convenient. I can easily move the whole station around depending on what I’m working on and then roll it out of the way when I need more space. The wooden design also looks much nicer than a traditional ironing board, so I don’t mind leaving it out in my laundry/craft area. It feels more like a functional piece of furniture than just an ironing station. Overall, this has been a really useful addition to my home. If you do a lot of laundry, sewing, quilting, or arts and crafts and want one piece of furniture that can serve multiple purposes while providing extra storage and workspace, I would definitely recommend it. It's sturdy and very well made. It's also much larger than my previous iron, which makes ironing sheets or larger items go really quickly. I almost think I need a wider ironing board. The iron also glides really easily. It also irons vertically, which is helpful for washing and drying your curtains, hanging them back up, and then ironing the wrinkles out that gravity didn't take care of. Safety - I wanted to point this out specifically. If the iron hasn't moved in four minutes, it auto shuts off. I love that a lot. The features - this iron is so easy to use. It heats up really quickly. The water tank is huge and no matter how much you have to iron in one sitting, you will not run out of water. The steam burst feature makes ironing those stiff cotton shirts so much easier and much quicker. The dampening feature is great for tshirts that might have been left too long in the dryer and you want to smooth them out before wearing. The adjustable temperature is also great for all kinds of fabrics. I've ironed cotton, wool, rayon, and silk - all of which need a variety of temperatures so you don't damage the fabric.
