Also, they make a VERY loud noise when you pull them back to the normal position so don't do this if you are on a work meeting or call. Overall, I regret this purchase. I wish I had started using it before the return window closed because I would not be keeping it. Unfortunately a delayed renovation in my office meant I missed the window and now I'm stuck with it. It took two or three weeks before I'd put any of them in my car, but then they were okay--they all -did- air out. It just took a few weeks. I'd take a half a star off for that, except that it rewards patience, and we need all of that we can get right now, IMO ... well, besides the fact we can't do half stars. This cushion is the one that worked best for -my- arse by far. From the 3" thick memory foam kinda-sorta wedge cushion, to the "cushion" that was really just a fuzzy seat cover (the one I -thought- would win, actually), this one stood out. It was the only one that seemed actually functional, long term, as an actual seat cushion. The bottom "sticks" well to leather (not stick-y, just stays in place really well). The anchors may be more reassurance than truly functional--not sure yet). They're easy to set up anyway though. The back region is also amazing, keeping your back at the right angle with adjustments if needed. The best part about the chair is when you lean it back. There is a smoothness to it. It's like the chair glides back. There are some downsides to the chair. The armrest and headrest are the weak points. The armrests don't feel as comfy. You can fix this by buying some armrest padding. The headrest rattles a lot and isn't as secure as I'd like. It constantly folds down when I try to use it. I had to run a screw through the plastic to prevent this from occurring. I've had about 500+ hours of sitting on this chair. From taking online classes, gaming, and video editing.
