Nothing about the assembly was excessively complicated. Once assembled, the chair feels stable and rolls very easily across the floor. The wheels move smoothly and I can reposition myself around the desk without having to constantly stand up or drag the chair. The high back is comfortable and I like having an adjustable headrest, especially when sitting for longer periods. The lumbar support is also helpful because a desk chair should provide more than just a padded place to sit if it is going to be used for work or studying. The breathable mesh back is another feature I appreciate. It allows more airflow than a completely upholstered chair, which can make a difference after sitting for several hours. The flip up armrests are surprisingly practical. When I want arm support, they are available, but I can move them out of the way when I want to slide the chair farther underneath the desk or simply have more open space. I also like the 120 degree tilt because it gives me the ability to lean back occasionally rather than remaining in one completely upright position throughout the day. The chair is not inexpensive, but compared with many ergonomic office chairs it is still relatively budget friendly considering the adjustable headrest, lumbar support, high back, mesh construction, tilt, and movable armrests. Overall, I think this is a good middle ground between a very basic inexpensive desk chair and a much more expensive premium ergonomic model.
