When I bought this chair is was more expensive (close to $400) but the reviews convinced me to give it a try. 6-7 hrs a day, 4-5 days per week, my butt was in this chair, only moving every hour to bring in a new client. I can honestly say that this chair has been nearly perfect for me. I do not get back pain or leg pain while sitting in it (still get pain when getting up, but that's from not moving for hours!) Adjustable arm height is amazing for comfort, mesh back keeps me from sweating and the lumbar support feels great. Only two complaints: when I have the chair on the rocking feature it catches and sometimes makes a clunking noise, 2nd (and this may be normal wear and tear) the armrests are literally falling apart (see the pics). But I have to wonder, after 3 years of constant use, is this to be expected? Overall, I would not hesitate to buy this chair again, if this one ever dies! *****UPDATE 2020***** People!
