The only one is that while they say you get all the tools, you WILL need a fairly small headed phillips screwdriver to make this work. Also, as with all such stands, since they have to account for umpteen variables for the tv being mounted, there are oodles of screws, washers, and spacers to trial-and-error until you figure out the ones that work for you. FYI, while it has cable holders, I have such heavy cabling I got some of those "Command" wire bundlers for the back of the TV to hold them up out of the way before running down to those built-in clips. This was sent fairly quickly and arrived in what I can describe to be in the poorest box involving a glass-base. Upon arrival the two main pieces were in good condition but no mounting screws were included in the box so I had to order a mounting kit separately. When piecing the stand together, it felt sturdy and dependable but thankfully I looked at the comments for past buyers and noticed that some of them stated their monitors tipping over and crashing suddenly. It prompted me to check the mounting points for the stand and sure enough, despite with loctite on the screws, they were misaligned and need to be re-threaded and screwed tightly to ensure proper hold on the monitor. I eventually received the mounting screw kit and placed a 32" MSI curved gaming monitor on the stand which felt perfect. My settings on the stand allows for nice flowing swivel function of the monitor with the base and direct mount tightened so that falls would be prevented. Overall, the stand itself is wonderful. It holds the monitor no problem and functions as described. I like the cleaner look of the base despite it being a fingerprint magnet. It looks of high quality and pairs well with any environment or setup. I gave it a 4 of out 5 due to annoyances upon construction but aside from that it's worth it. B082845XM8 US
