JK*** I have now owned Hypnoser Weighted Blanket for over a month. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! So much so, I have since ordered more for other family members. NONE of the ones I own have had the leaking issue that some reviewers speak about. I have tried multiple brands, styles, weights and sizes of weighted blankets and I can honestly say that Hypnoser is my favorite. The small 4" pockets keep the beads distributed well across your body; also the diamond shape of the pockets distribute the beads better across your body and contour to your body better than square pockets; and the material it is made from is comfortable and soft. The 15lb 48x72 blanket is a perfect weight for the average body; I use it as a throw blanket on our tv-watching couch. Some reviewers of weighted blankets have commented about blankets being "noisy". The Hypnoser beads do make some noise when you shake or toss it, but nothing so loud that I pay attention to it. I truly love my Hypnoser weighted blankets! And their customer service is AMAZING!!! If you have any problems or concerns, they will offer help in any way they can. For those wondering what weight and size to get, here are my suggestions. First, you cannot just look at weight of blanket, because it all depends on "distribution" of the weight. So I broke it down to "ounce per square foot"; that way you can compare various sizes to what actual weight will be laying on your body. 12lb 48x72 blanket = 8.0 oz/SF 15lb 48x72 blanket = 10.0 oz/SF 20lb 48x72 blanket = 13.3 oz/SF 15lb 60x80 blanket = 7.2 oz/SF 20lb 60x80 blanket = 9.6 oz/SF 25lb 60x80 blanket = 12.0 oz/SF 25lb 80x87 blanket = 8.3 oz/SF 30lb 80x87 blanket = 9.9 oz/SF I am 5' 7" female, weighing 155 lbs; I prefer blankets that are in the 10 - 13 oz/SF range. I have a 15lb and 20 lb 48x72 throw blanket. I prefer the weight of the 20lb while laying under it, but it is more difficult to simply toss on and off. I have a 30lb 86x92 non-hypnoser blanket (=8.7 oz/SF) on my king size bed, and I feel that it is TOO LONG. It is constantly sliding off the end of the bed. So a 30lb 80x87 would fit the king size bed better and would give us more weight per sq.ft. Regarding sizes of blankets for different size beds... first thing to know, weighted blankets are NOT made to be tucked in. In fact, you only want them to go over the edge of the bed an inch or two. If the blanket hangs off the bed more than a couple of inches, gravity takes over and it will eventually slide off to whatever side hangs off more. (If you make your bed every day, this may not be a problem.) Here are my suggestions for sizes; these are simply my opinions. 48x72 - twin 60x80 - double/queen 80x87 - king My husband and I tried a 60x80 on our king size bed. The 60" is simply not wide enough once two people lay underneath it. We turned it to have it 80" wide and 60" long, which worked for the width; but then it wasn't long enough to cover our feet well. If you are someone who does NOT want the weight on your feet, then a 60x80 turned sideways would be perfect for you. Our daughter tried the 60x80 on her twin bed, but was soon annoyed by how much it would fall off to one side since it hung over the edges of her bed so much. She likes the 48x72 much better for her twin. We finally moved the 60x80 to a double bed and it fits it perfectly. I hope this info helps you.
