I gave this 4 stars because it was a little difficult to assemble as, at least with mine, the clips were hard to attach to the plexiglass front although the wire sides slid in with no issue. Also, the two side clips don't attach tightly, seems the bars are not at the correct height so that they snap to the bottom to help hold together. I haven't attached the handles yet, due to the cage not feeling secure to hold that way. Would more likely just hold the cage itself while moving with bird(s) in it. However, I didn't get this for daily use, only when needing to travel with the birds short distances. It is a much better option than the pet carrier I had previously used which was smaller and more confining. This cage comes with a perch and multiple feed / water cups and the ability for them to see around which should make the "journey" less stressful. It comes well packaged with "picture" directions, which seems to be the standard these days although worded directions would still be nice as sometimes the pictures are a little hard to decipher. We've used them under pet water bowls to catch splashes, under our dog's food dish during messy meals, and even as temporary pads in pet carriers during longer trips. They also work well under potted plants when watering, inside the car for muddy shoes after soccer practice, and in the garage when working on something that might drip oil or cleaning solution. I could even see them being useful for elderly pets that occasionally have accidents indoors. So while these weren't the answer for our particular potty training challenge, they turned out to be more versatile than I expected. If your child tends to miss and hit the floor in front of the toilet, these will probably be much more useful than they were for us. Kookie*** When I ordered pet carrier, it looked like a nice one, but so many times pictures can be deceiving. The same is true of this pet carrier picture. The picture does not do it justice. While I can’t vouch for how long it will hold up since I just received it, I can say it’s BETTER than I expected. I looked a several and found this one the best to fit my needs and so far I’m not disappointed. I like the way the sides can be up for privacy and easier carrying, or down for more visibility, air to your pet, and/or room to look around. I would recommend this pet carrier to anyone. GUESS Jesco Pet Carrier 4 Love this bag - well worth the cost Mar*** Love this bag! It’s so stylish and very functional with the big side pocket. I can carry all my baby’s stuff (treats, leash, water bottle, sweater, waste bags, etc.) and my things (wallet, aspirin, lip gloss, cigarettes, lighter, hand sanitizer, etc.) and still carry my Chihuahua with plenty of space for her. I only have one complaint: I love the side zipper panel as it makes it easy for her to get in and out of the bag but the zipper doesn’t lock or stay up as well as I would like. Also there is a gap between that side zipper panel and the top zipper panel. That gap is wide enough that my little chihuahua can pop not only her head out but can a slide her whole body out of there. I would have preferred that the two panels could clasp together somehow. Other than that this bag is exactly what I needed and if it wasn’t for that small flaw it would defyget 5 stars! I love that I no longer have to carry 2 bags - one for me and one for my service Chi.
