Petmate Soft-Sided Kennel Cab Pet Carrier, Black, For Dogs and Cats Up to 15 Pounds 2 EDIT- Kitten broke zipper broke on 2nd use Dian*** I bought the 20x11.5x12, but the dimensions are closer to 20x11x11. My small 5 month old kitten (Simon) loves it, and is plenty spacious for him, but I would've liked a little more head room for my larger kitten (Garfunkel), who is approx 6 months. They both seem to enjoy it, and has so far stood up to their tiny claws. The true test will be for the vet check next week. I may buy a second one for Garfunkel, however if I find something bigger I will do that instead. Simon and Garfunkel are included in pictures for size, as it is very difficult to measure kittens or anything within their vicinity. UPDATE REVIEW 12/19/18 I took two stars off as the littlest kitten in the picture (grey) managed to bust through the zipper 10 min into our car ride to the vet to get him neutered. He's a little guy at 6 mo now, but weighed in at 8 lbs on this visit (so +3 lbs since purchase). He has been fine on other trips but for some reason this time, he wasn't having it and turned into a tornado trying to claw his way out. He somehow manage to pry open the closed zipper, which is now totally busted. This was only my 2nd use with this carrier, so I'm pretty disappointed. Luckily I happened to put a harness on him and bring a leash so I was able to quickly grab and secure him while driving, and later made a mad dash into the vet's office past barking dogs. I must say, the mesh did stand up to quite the beating but to have the zipper fail at all is a huge safety issue. I suspect my cat may have reacted the way he did in response to being separated from his "brother," but in the event of an emergency where even the calmest cat may panic (house fire, car accident), you can't risk your animal's safety. I still have the other one that I bought, so hopefully the other kitty is more agreeable but I will still be looking for something sturdier that can ideally fit both of them together. B00BIO5L9W US
