There are two bigger internal pockets on the ends, one of which works great for my drill charger. The external pockets could maybe be a bit taller? I have all my screwdrivers, narrow putty knife, wire cutters, pliers, and crescent wrench on the outside, so I worry that they could fall out while carrying it. These Heroines Are So High Maintenance 3 Maybe Good on Kindle, Skip Audiobook Benjami*** So I think my problem with this story is mainly with the audiobook, maybe the writing style and casual attitude would work better reading it myself. And I do feel for Rebecca Woods, she is obviously a talented VA/narrator and it is tough for a single person to handle male/female parts in a story like this. But oh my dear lord does the main character sound like such a tool bag throughout the whole story. I've been trying to think of how best to describe it, and the closest I can think is a conceited Joe Swanson from Family Guy but slightly higher pitch. I am shocked this book is so highly rated when the main character sounds so unlikable, but hey, different strokes I guess. I've read a number of Virgil's series and I wouldn't say anything is particularly bad, but the "fantasy slice of life" style he often uses is a bit up and down. This one just really doesn't do it for me. The MC is a total Mary Sue and the LIs are pretty cringeworthy male wish fulfillment. Portia, the dog girl, is particularly bad. A sexualized, comedic effect character that is spitting (queue "ptooey" sound effect) after talking about being dominated by her "master"...yeah that's just a big yikes from me dog (hehe see what I did there). So yeah, I generally like this author, I love this genre (especially as audiobooks), but this one was a swing and a miss. If you like solo Virgil and haven't checked out Solar Dragons Need Love or the Monstrous Love series, I would start there. Or he's been teaming up with other authors and Coven King (one of my top 10) or Maid to Love are much better than this.
