Used to remove the blades from my zero turn and worked great right out of the box. Then used the impact trying to remove some lug nuts for a flat tire on car and suddenly didn't work. WTF. Battery still good, but no power. Couple days later when I had time I took apart the tool and I believe I found the problem. The little 6-wire connector came undone at the control panel at bottom of of impact. The plug connector doesn't have a locking pin and I believe it jarred loose under all the impacts. I only gave this a 3-star rating as this is a serious defect in a connection that takes abuse from heavy sustained, repetitive blows under usage. Other than this problem, the tool works great and is compact. Seems well built from when I took it apart to fix. I did add some better grease to the impact system than what little grease is from factory. Weight is very manageable, but with my larger hands, the handle is a bit on the small side, but it got the job done on my mower and I'm pleased for that and know what to watch out for if it goes out again. If factory makes a locking connector on this to not slip out, it would be a 10-star tool for the price and could go up against named brands, where one doesn't need high torque, but like nut busting power, in everyday DiY use, IMHO.
