Che*** Well, I now know that packing cubes are not all created equal. This 6 piece set is pretty amazing. Each piece is labled with a picture of what would best fit in each cube. Packing by category, making everything way more organized and easy to find. Parts of the cubes are mesh so you can see what you’ve packed without a need to dig through. It has a hanging organizer, large cube, a medium cube, shoe bag, laundry bag and toiletry bag. The zippers match the color of the cubes and zip easily up and down. There’s carrying handles and a secure buckle. The hanging organizer may be my favorite. You can fit so much in it, hang it in the closet or behind a door. The set looks sharp and the materials are resilient. I found no flaws or weakened areas. The seams are reinforced and there’s a sturdy mesh area on the top to help identify what’s inside. I’ve tried the plastic kind that can be vacuum sealed. Too much hassle, plus they slide around when stacked. These have more texture, eliminating that problem. Each cube has 2 zippers that glide smoothly in both directions, meeting in the middle, thus reducing strain on the product. It definitely makes packing a less daunting task. Simple concept, yet quite effective and reasonably priced. Make sure the lower section is unzipped before placing items inside. Once everything is in, zip the top closed, then do the same with the lower section. This compresses the contents, creating more space in your luggage or closet. I’ve had some of lesser quality over the years that don’t have the compression feature. I use one to bring my elderly mom’s new clothing or clean laundry to her assisted living facility. These are a vast improvement and they’ll be a big help because my hands are usually pretty full. Each piece has a sturdy, flexible handle, including the extra shoe bag. Two thumbs up from me. I ordered the larger size set, which comes with four bags total—two 50 x 70 cm and two 40 x 60 cm. Of the sets offered by this manufacturer, these are the most expensive per bag, but they are still very affordable overall. The bags are made of a light-to-moderate weight plastic and do a good job sealing. They have a double ziplock closure, and each bag comes with a plastic clip to help close the zipper. I really liked how these were packaged. Each bag was individually wrapped, and the size was printed on the outside, so I didn't have to open all of them to figure out which size they were. The four bags also come with a plastic pump, which is a little bulky. I have a handheld electric vacuum pump, and I was able to use it with these bags. The vacuum port has a screw-on lid that attaches after removing the air and screws on securely. The port sticks out a little farther than some other bags I've used, but it didn't interfere with my electric pump. These are great for travel because they are lightweight and don't add much weight to your luggage, while allowing you to compress clothing and fit more into your bag. I especially like the larger sizes because the smaller bags I've used only hold one or two articles of clothing. With these larger bags, you can fit bulkier items like sweaters or multiple shirts together. Overall, these are good-quality and functional bags that work well for their intended purpose.
