I wanted to use 17mm hex since I keep stripping out the 14mm factory hex. The problem is with all the extra sprung weight per axle adding an additional 10mm extension to the axle will cause the axle to act like a crowbar on the hub bearings. Morlordy for the win here. They are a 17mm aluminum hex that goes over your oem 14mm hex. Perfect fit with no additional extension. They come with a bushing to fill the gap left by the smaller axle and a large washer to hold it all together. My only gripe and the reason for the four starts is the extra fiddily bits. The system works awesome. But the nuts still loosen, and if a nut comes off your going to have to buy a whole new kit. I highly doubt you would find that spacer if you lost a wheel. B0DL58H3GL US
