I checked with my blood pressure monitor and the readings were within one beat. How? I was expecting something to tell time and maybe use the GPS feature for backwoods hikes but this thing literally does stuff I'd never imagine possible for a wrist watch. I like the large display, it's easy to read and it helps me navigate thru the menu of options easily. This is very important for those of us that use reading glasses etc. I'm still learning and discovering new features on the watch. As long as it continues to work I'm tickled pink. If it fails prematurely or something weird I'll update the review to reflect any problems I experience but so far it's perfect. I've had bypass surgery so it's kinda important I keep an eye on what the old ticker is doing. This makes that task very easy. Highly recommend this one. This is the only item I have ever had a problem with connecting. The keepers on the band are thin and too large even with my small wrists the end slips right out. The step counter lags and the BP monitor is no more than a random guess. It does work as a watch as long as you don't mine the clock face changing from digital to analog. In contrast, I have an accurate pulse oximeter that shows 92–94% at the same time — a big difference. The blood-pressure readings are also about 10–15 mmHg low. The sleep tracking is a bit of a joke: one night I woke up and got out of bed for about two hours, and the watch said I was awake for three minutes during that time and showed the rest as sleep. Granted, the directions say it's not a medical device and should be used for general wellness only, but these readings are misleading.
