We have only used soft sponges, like we use for our nonstick pans. There is a greasy film that gets harder to clean off the longer we’ve had it. In all seriousness, I crack some eggs, add some heat and stir with a silicone spatula. Pull from the heat if I get a little too much and follow some Gordon Ramsey recipe while being safely in my kitchen so I don't get yelled at. The wife and kid love it and the clean up is easy as can be allowing for me to get that done and join them without my eggs getting cold. I've been using the pan for a few months now and there isn't a hint of a scratch either. A fine quality product that was well worth the cost. Baking tray (S+M+L) 5 Just like my grandma's pans from the 1930s Amazon C*** Have been using these quite a bit since I received them. I have put away my glass baking dishes and the nonstick pans. These cook evenly and to temp. Basic oiling before adding food for baking is a must as with any other kind of pan. I have not had any sticking and they clean up easy. If some debris is stuck I just do a quick soak with hot water and dish soap and it just wipes away. Never use any scrubbing device as will scratch. I use a silicone and plastic scraper for that. These pans cook food like my grandmother's roasting pans that I use from the 1930s.
