Gosig M*** I used this on an induction stovetop and cooked chicken that was marinated in oil and spices. I also added additional grapeseed oil to the pan. Things still stuck to it, kinda like stainless steel. I usually deglaze and scrape lightly with a wooden spatula, and that gets pretty much everything off. Pretty much this works as well as a stainless steel pan, but it's much lighter. The grooves seem to just hold more oil to make it more "nonstick." I feel like whatever nonstickness I got was pretty much due to the grapeseed oil. I wouldn't cook anything in this straight without oil though. Overall I think it's a great pan to keep and cook with as long as you know what you're doing and aren't expecting it to work like a traditional coated nonstick pan. B0H9XJ56HQ US

Lil*** This titanium pan is now my favorite everyday pan for small meals and deserves 10 stars!!! This one pan did not come with a cover, but I happened to have another lid from a cooking pot that fit perfectly in case I want to steam anything. This manufacturer makes the whole range of cookware, including the lids that are available for purchase. What l love about this pan is that the handle stays cool even while cooking, which was what I was worried about with a metal handle. This titanium pan is made of all titanium alloy, which means there are no harmful chemicals from nonstick coating that can scratch off over time. The genius design makes it non-stick without using chemical laden layers that degrade over time. Titanium is superior to ceramic and cast-iron cookware because it is lighter and far easier to clean and maintain. So even though it’s very expensive to purchase initially, it is well worth the cost because you will never have to replace any of the cookware from this manufacturer. They offer 24 hour Customer Service and free replacement within 14 days. This manufacturer has been making titanium cookware for over 30 years and specialize in high performance cookware. The unique hammered, titanium design, resists scratching and warping, even in high heat. It is deaigned to be super easy to clean! The instructions say that any yellowing from oils after cooking can easily be removed with water and vinegar and the best part is this pan is dishwasher safe! It came with the little tool to put the handle on it, and all of the materials are very high-quality and durable. The one photo that I have of just a pan with no food in it is immediately after taking a paper towel and wiping it clean! The food did not stick to it, even though I let it sit for a while. And because it is solid metal, I don’t have to worry about any nonstick layer type of material scraping off of it like the other types of nonstick pans. I was worried that it would be difficult to clean because of all the little grooves, but I think it’s those grooves that keep the food from sticking to it no matter how burnt or cooked it is. All of my food cooked evenly and it even rescued my frost bitten shrimp that I had forgotten in the freezer! I cooked it on low with olive oil and it tasted great! Is very versatile and sturdy cooking pan is very useful and worth every penny. The full set of this cookware is high on my Christmas wish list! I highly recommend it.
