I used the moist paper towel in a ziplock method to start the seeds, transferred them to a 72-cell planter with a heating pad and a grow light set to 12H on/ 12H off. There may have been a handful of seeds that didn't sprout in the paper towel, but I do not remember there being more than a few that didn't. They have grown well and on transplant are continuing to to grow. It was not clear when ordered whether the seeds needed to refrigerated (not frozen) prior to planting. This would have been nice to know up front as this needs to be taken into consideration when growing milkweed.
