They're genuinely bright, and the 150-watt equivalent rating makes a noticeable difference compared with the more common lower-output LED bulbs. I should probably start by stating that these bulbs have standard E26 base, meaning they're compatible with anything that uses standard lightbulbs, like a desk lamp or most overhead fixtures and floor lamps. I even have mine on a dimmer, and they're not buzzing like other LED bulbs I've used. I bought these because I like the amount of light you get from a 150-watt incandescent bulb, but I don't like the downsides. Incandescent bulbs produce a lot of heat, use considerably more electricity, and in my experience the higher-wattage bulbs don't always last as long as I'd like. These LED bulbs give me that same general level of brightness without all of those drawbacks. The 3000K warm white color is also a good choice for the areas where I'm using them. The light is bright without being excessively cool or harsh. All four bulbs worked right out of the package. I haven't experienced any flickering, buzzing, or other noise from them, and they have performed exactly as expected so far. At a little over $15 for a four-pack, they're not the absolute cheapest LED bulbs I've seen, but I think the price is reasonable considering the 150-watt-equivalent output. That's also a less common size than many of the lower-output LED bulbs. There's really not much more to say: they're bright, they work properly, and they give me the amount of light I wanted while using much less electricity and producing much less heat than traditional 150-watt bulbs. I wish I could comment from experience on the lifespan, but I expect it to be a long time before one fails. LED bulbs generally last a lot longer than incandescent bulbs, and I have no reason to think they would last any more or less than another LED bulb. Five stars. Once all of the clips are in place around the frame, the shade is velcroed together to finish the lampshade assembly. This creates a rather large and obvious seam in the shade, but it can be turned toward the wall and easily hidden. Overall, I love how this looks as decor and it’s function as a lamp. It is truly gorgeous in person and has such an elegant look. It also feels really sturdy and well made. For the price, I was honestly impressed with how beautiful it looks once everything is put together. Assembly was incredibly simple. There weren’t instructions for putting the lampshade together, but don’t let that throw you off because it’s really easy. Just put the smaller white ring at the top of the shade where the fabric opening is smaller, and the larger ring goes at the bottom where the fabric is wider. Then Velcro the shade together and you’re done. It only took a few minutes and looks amazing once assembled. My one gripe is the included bulb. There are three different light colors, and I prefer the warmest option, which is the third setting. Every time I turn the lamp back on, I have to press the floor pedal three times to get back to the warm color I want. I wish it remembered the last setting you used. I’m planning to replace the bulb with a regular bulb in the color temperature I prefer, which should solve that problem for me. Other than that, I absolutely love this lamp. The foot pedal is convenient, the linen shade gives it such a pretty finished look, and the gold stand is so elegant.
