I am still testing out the landlord/tenant configurable features but they look promising. Here's a super awesome feature that I didn't know about. I discovered that the camera itself is motorized and you can make some small adjustments! Meaning you can aim the camera up, down, left, right, slightly. These adjustments make a huge difference! I can aim it downward and ensure that I can see the floor for when packages get delivered! The adjustable camera is very clever and I've not seen that before in other brands. The integrated magnet sensor for the door jamb is also smart engineering. It is used to accurately auto lock the door and to detect when it is open/closed. Very pleased with my lock! 17.5 x 11.8 Rectangular Convex Safety Mirror, 1 Pack 4 Good size and clear view for blind spots, but adhesive mount failed after a week T*** This 17.5" x 11.8" rectangular convex mirror is lightweight plastic, but the size was just right for opening up a wide view of my carport's blind spots to my doorbell camera. It initially worked well out of the box to monitor package deliveries. Unfortunately, after staying in place under my carport ceiling for about a week in the midwest summer heat, the adhesive mount failed and came down. In a misguided attempt to improve adhesion on the slick backside using epoxy glue, I lightly scuffed the back surface with sandpaper. However, I immediately penetrated right through the thin material into the mirror front, ruining the reflective backing (see photos). I didn't push any further and ended up disposing of the whole mirror assembly. Overall, the mirror is clear, lightweight, and effective for expanding views, but be prepared to secure it with a more permanent or heavy-duty mounting solution than the included adhesive mount if installing outdoors or under a structure. The 2K video quality is clear and detailed, and the dual-camera setup gives me a much wider view of my front door and packages than a standard doorbell camera. The night vision is also surprisingly clear, which gives me extra peace of mind after dark. Setup was easy enough, and I like that it supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi. The alerts come through quickly, and the two-way audio works well for talking to visitors (but could be louder) or delivery drivers without having to open the door. Another big plus is the free cloud storage with no subscription fee, along with the option to add an SD card for local storage. The package monitoring and tamper alarm are also nice security features. And the voice changer is a fun bonus—I wasn’t expecting to use it much, but it definitely makes the doorbell more entertaining.
