Still angry about that, but having used it daily since then i have more to say. The right pedal either clicks or squeaks a lot of the time. Part of the squeaking could be due to missing some of the nuts to secure it together. The seat is uncomfortable, but this is minor, and I put a folded up towel on the seat, both for cushion and to protect myself from the cancer mentioned on the warning label. (A bit more info on that might be appreciated.) The pulse reader does not work. I can't notice any difference in the tension levels, they seem very easy on any setting. Sometimes I have to get creative to turn it into a good workout. I enjoy how compact and easy to move it is, as I have a VERY tiny space for it. My husband is 6ft3, and hasnt had a problem using it. I honestly enjoy using it, and I would give it 4 stars if it had been packaged with care so as not to be missing half a dozen parts. B01LYY95VW US

I'm petite (about 5'1.5") and reviews seem to indicate this bike would fit. It does and I actually had to raise the seat a notch. I found it easy to put together and it only took me about an hour including reading instructions, matching parts to the instructions and assembling. It's super quiet and 180 degrees from a basic stationary bike I owned years ago. I don't find it that manuverable/compact when folded (the seat bars stick out) so I've found a spot where I will just leave it. I have a 15qt tote containing nothing but power blocks, power cords, charging adapters, cables connectors, etc. It is a tote that: A) used to be an 18qt but was down-sized; and B) is pulled out almost anytime we travel somewhere (for extra phone cables), or when we have guests who come to visit who may have brought electronics and forgot their charging elements. The most relative comment from above is the mention of "down-sizing." During one of my purging moments, I may or may not have grabbed an adapter that had been moved out of the way about 50 times, not remembering what in the world it went to, and tossing it out with the outdated micro-usb & firewire cables. I now remember what it went to. In my defense, even when your kids move out, there are still items of theirs that reside in your garage for years, "just until they get settled in." I am just glad that the other kid's golf clubs don't use a power cord, too. So, I am now going back to my 18qt tote: not because this replacement cord is too big, but because now the 15qt tote is too small for all the cords and such PLUS the labeling machine now being used to prevent purging mistakes in the future. It isn’t a spin bike”. WTH?. You paid THOUSANDS of dollars for a bike that you can’t stand on ( while the live class they promote tells/shows you to do so) and that instructor is using a different bike brand? I cannot fathom why anyone would ever buy this bike. Furthermore, there was no way to adjust handlebar height. I am tall and even seems high to me but no way to change height of handlebars. After 9 months, unit failed completely, the internal crank/pedal mechanism failed, will only spin with no resistance. Black powder/granules leaking out of crank cover attest to internal self-destruction. Paradigm still unresponsive. There is no customer support, phones shut down and inquiries made via website or chat are never returned. And Amazon has bailed on it too, will not accept return.
