Men's Easy Reader Watch 3 Sturdy & Handsome, But Date Slowly Lags El*** Watch feels sturdy and looks good. It keeps the time accurately. I have only two complaints, knocking off 2 stars: 1) The band. It felt inflexible when I received it, but I assumed it would soften with time. I've worn this daily for about a month and a half and still find it more rigid than I'd like. 2) The date. Every few days I notice the date is wrong on the watch. Around noon it will still be halfway between yesterday's date and today's. I tried cycling the watch by 12 hours in case there's some internal AM/PM mechanism at play, but the issue persists. My conclusion: the date mechanism in the watch I have is imprecise, enough so that it lags cumulatively over a couple days until it's wrong. Annoying, but not enough to replace the watch. The bezel, though, is a little bit off but it's no big deal. The black version doesn't seem to have the same issue. I guess it was just a fluke but for the price I eventually paid for it brand new I can't complain. I hope Citizen releases a 300m version of this watch some time in the future. It would be great!!!
