I don't think I ever gave anything 5 stars, I feel everything needs improvement, except this. I collect Invicta watches; I love the champagne look for a beer drinker price. I didn’t have a gold watch, so I saw this one, and thought it looks good. My wife didn’t really like it, so I bought it anyway. When it arrived and opened the box, I was shocked, as was my wife. I love to say “I told you so”! Just amazing, what a great job they did with this one. When I went into Manhattan for a job interview, I was walking across the street, and I noticed the workers that were helping direct traffic were staring at my watch as I walked by them. I had to laugh in side, they probably thought it was a Rolex ( I was on Wall St) the watch is that amazing. Invicta Men's 5053 Pro Diver Collection Automatic Watch 5 Great watch especially at this price Robert A*** A friend of mine got me this watch on Prime Day, and I was worried that the low price reflected its quality. I am happy to say that I was wrong. It's my first automatic watch, so I was concerned that it gains about 5 seconds a day, until I learned that the movement (designed by Seiko) was rated at -20/+40 a day, so mine does pretty well. The lume on this watch isn't great, but that's the only bad thing I can think of. The bezel was very tight and it took effort to turn, but time and use has loosened it up a bit. One of the hinge pins in the bracelet started coming loose, but fortunately I noticed before it came apart completely and used a push pin to seat it correctly (according to vids I found). From what I understand, part of the reason Invictas are inexpensive is that there isn't as much quality control, but apart from the one pin everything has been good with this watch. Is it as high quality as a Rolex? No, but a Rolex easily costs 5-10 times what this one does. For the price it is at, it is a really good value. B000SZMN8E US

I called their customer service and was put in to a persons voicemail. I called their repair line. Another voicemail this time telling me to go to the website to fill out a form. I start going through the warranty process and then realize half way through that they want $30 to set up the RMA. Then I go and buy a box to ship it in. If I buy a watch for $85 and the watch breaks and I pay $30 to ship it back to them for repair in a $31.09 box and then probably $16 to ship it to them so I am at what $47.09. I am at half the cost of the watch. Is it worth it? As an environmentalist I could not make myself through it away. So I will report back and update when they send me my watch back. In the meantime I ordered another one because I collect pocket watches and keep them on my desk in meetings and hanging on the inside of leg in church so when the pastor has bad days and the sermons are not as great as other Sundays I can see that I only have a few minutes left instead of looking at my phone and others seeing me looking. So I bought another one. So I will be the owner of two of these if I get the one fix. But what do YOU think about a company that says that they have a warranty and then does not issue a call tag to pick up the product and bring it back in to the company but makes you pay freight and also a $30 fee just to start the process of an RMA.
