Wore the watch for a day and looked down and realized it had condensation inside the glass, I immediately stuck it back in the box it came in with several silica packets to pull that condensation out. After a couple days it cleared up so I wore it out again just for the glass to get condensation in the interior again after about 15 minutes. I knew some other people had issues with the watch, based on reviews, but the fact that they offered a "2 year international warranty" was an offsetting factor in why i bought it. 5 months after using the watch the uniderictional bezel would no longer turn. Then 2 weeks ago (7 months after purchase) I noticed water condensation under the bezel. I sent 2 emails and when I didn't get a response I tried to call their customer service. I was waiting on the phone for 25 minutes, no one answered. I reached out to Amazon to have them help and shortly thereafter I heard from Sturhling customer service. After reviewing pics I sent them, they informed me the condensation issue was caused because the crown was not pushed all the way against the bezel. I wasn't aware of or recall reading in their instructions that this was a critical issue, which obviously needs to be highligted. Perhaps I missed that.
