The airflow control actually works pretty well and gives you room to experiment. Cleanup isn’t bad. Both sides are easy to manage and there’s plenty of space to cook without feeling cramped. The side burner is a nice touch for heating up sides or sauces and the cabinet underneath gives a good spot to stash tools or extra supplies. No complaints so far. I've been able to do everything from burgers, to tri tip, to pulled pork. Being able to do hot and fast searing and low and slow cooking has been great. The grill is easy enough to transport, that I've brought it to go camping with us to state beaches and been able to use it for different types of cooks. Did some research and decided to settle on the master touch version as it came with some baskets and extras goodies as well as place to hold the grill cover. Pros: -came with lots of extra goodies vs the base model -sturdy build once assembled -great size for meals for 2 people or a party. -easy to take out ashes -good name brand with lots of support and video guides on use Cons: -wheels are nicer than others but still a bit unstable when moving. Be careful and hold the lid and move slowly -thermometer isn't in the ideal place if you're doing a two zone, split down the middle grilling. You usually have to aim the lid vent over the food you're trying to smoke so the thermometer ends up right over the coals, giving it a false higher temperature.
