The good: Very easy setup - The picture on the monitor is super clear - The sound is great - I like the nightlight The bad: - The monitor screen doesn't seem to have an auto off, so I have to press the button again when I'm done checking in - The description says it comes with a wall mount kit. The kit is two screws with two anchors. There are no instructions for mounting, but I reached out to customer service and they confirmed that the intended mount is to put in one screw and dangle the monitor from it, which does not feel secure. The fact that there are two screws and that the bottom is clearly set up for a sturdier connection, one it screws into or clicks more securely onto, makes me think that this used to come with a mounting plate (as my prior camera did) but Babysense decided not to include that anymore. I'm extremely disappointed that the product description indicated it came with what I needed to wall mount but they only gave me a very precarious option. Had I known, I could have ordered a third party mount sooner or (more likely) chosen a different camera. I would STRONGLY suggest to buy a third party mount if you want to wall mount this. Edited: add a fourth star because customer service offered a 15% refund in response to my message to them (not this review). I thought that was nice of them. B07WPXXQPY US

HD 1080P picture quality has been genuinely clear, day or night. The auto IR night vision kicks in smoothly for evening or nighttime drives, giving a clear, well-lit view even in a dark car without needing extra light. The mirror image feature is a nice practical touch, making the display feel intuitive rather than disorienting, matching what I'd expect from glancing in an actual mirror. The 3x zoom has been useful for getting a closer look when needed, like checking a pacifier or making sure a strap is secure, without needing to pull over just to check. Auto start-stop syncing with the car has worked reliably, turning on automatically when the car starts without needing to manually power it on and off every trip. Brightness adjustment has helped avoid glare during bright daytime drives or overly dark screens at night, letting me tailor visibility to the current lighting conditions. Overall, a well-designed, reliable baby monitor that's made car rides with a rear-facing seat noticeably less stressful. Great picture quality and thoughtful features for peace of mind on the road. The LCD screen is light weight and portable, it has battery backup so you can carry it around when in use. Set up was very intuitive and straight forward. The camera has a lot of really cool features, too! You can set a night light and pick which color you refer or have it cycle through colors for a soft glow in baby’s room. It can also play music and other soothing sounds. You can use the monitor to speak into the camera as well. I really like the ability to toggle the camera from the screen. It connects pretty quickly and has worked seamlessly throughout our home, so it has a great range. The image quality during the day is outstanding with crisp, bright colors. My only complaint is night mode, where it is very difficult to see anything- I did trouble shoot, made sure the camera lens was clean and clear, tried it with and without the nightlight function, so I know those are not the issue. It is still very usable at night since you can use it to listen out for baby. Overall, it is a really nice baby monitor set up. It generally works well and has a lot of cool features.
