First it took a whole lot of figuring out to hook it up to my phone. Then I discovered thet it doesn't actually map out anything. Also, most of its features don't actually work. For example the corner feature is useless as it doesn't seem to understand what a corner is. I placed it on the side of the table thinking it will clean the corner and it rolled right past it. It also doesn't work on manual mode. It makes circles around itself for a few seconds and then it switches itself to auto mode. It's also not strong enough on mop mode to really scrub toddler messes. It definitely cannot tell the difference between floor and rug when its mopping. I have a rug in the living room that covers about 50% of the floor and the rest is hardwood. It was mopping the floor when it rolled right over the rug soaking it wet. I decided that for the price is fine to just sweep the kitchen and dining area so I don't have to but I always have to put the barrier strip to block it from going into the living room. Once or twice it went right over its barrier so now I have to stick around and monitor it but it beats having to clean my kitchen floors every night. Overall it was NOT worth the $100+ I'd say maybe $40 or maximum $50 but I wouldn't buy it again. Lord knows how long it will last but until then it will do. B0DX6KZR9T US

Airzeen Bagless Robot Vacuum and Mop Self-Emptying for Pet Hair/Carpet 1 This is not working Cath*** I have tried to use this Airzeen Bagless Robot Vacuum and Mop Self-Emptying for Pet Hair/Carpet 3 times and I have had issues each time. It doesn't empty out at the station and it can't seem to make the transition from the entry way to the living room floor of 1/8 inch. It's the same as the transitions to all the other rooms. Then it runs out of battery and I sweep up the floor (LVP) and try again later. We read the trouble shoot for the not emptying, but it hasn't vacuumed anything since then so we can see if it works. It was all jammed up (because it wasn't vacuuming). Don't know why it gets hung up on the transition of 1/8 inch. Waiting for support to get back to me. B0DBLK8CT3 US

Setup was simple, and it's very convenient to use every day. The suction is strong and it cleans my floors thoroughly — dust, crumbs, and pet hair are all picked up nicely. My favorite feature is the app: I can control it from my phone and set a cleaning schedule, so it runs automatically while I'm at work and I come home to clean floors.
