It's also pretty aggressive with the recommended wool pad, so be careful and move slowly. Directions state 800-1500rpm use and I wouldn't go any faster than that. For myself, it's been useful as the fist step for restoring some deeply sun-damaged paint on the roof of the car with no clearcoat left on it. The plan is to restore the remaining uncoated paint finish before clearcoating over it again to bring some life back. For this it's very useful since this compound doesn't contain any silicones that would normally cause big problems for paint adhesion. My first impression of this head shaver has met all my expectations. Shaver arrived on time. This Unit was fully charged out of the box. My first shave I did a dry. Unit was easy to handle. Easy to clean after I was done. It shaved close, but left a small stubble over most my head. This maybe because I'm not used to a proper technique. I would rate first shave 4 stars & I'm happy with the shave. Easy to clean. Acceptable shave. My second shave I did this one with shaving cream. Shaving results was a little better. I had to stop and clean the heads in the middle of the shave. The shaving cream & bites of hair became packed in the heads. I was able to open the heads & wash them in running water. Very easy to clean. I rate the second shave results 4 1/2 stars. It left some less stubble than the first shave. The third & fourth shave were performed in the shower 🚿. Shaving results were very close shave. Very smooth close shave. I would rate it 5 stars. Shaving results are very very acceptable. Also when I was finished my shower I found the shaving heads were clean each time. Shower water was able to wash the head clean of hair. I was able to shave my head at least 5 times on a charge, 42 % battery left. I would highly recommend this shaver to anyone. Of course I only have own this one for a week.
