This was especially important for me and the health of our household since aluminum has been found to be incredibly harmful and we’re surrounded by it. I know I won’t be able to avoid it everywhere but where I can control our exposure through food is a step in the right direction and with these it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg either. I originally wanted Hestan baking sheets to match the rest of our cookware but I just couldn’t justify the expense, nor would those have stacked well with the rest of our standard sized baking sheets. These are gorgeous anyways and clean easily, with the mirror smooth bottoms and curved corners that prevent food from sticking into crevices.
