These bags are a nice thickness and quite sturdy. They easily hold a large amount of whatever you are working with. They hold up to refilling and using without getting a hole or ripping open. I also much prefer disposable bags like these to the cloth bags you have to wash. Overall if you ever have just used a plastic zip top bag instead of a piping bag, do yourself a favor and upgrade. Once it's put together, it feels sturdy and keeps everything upright instead of having pans and lids stacked on top of each other. My biggest complaint is that there aren't any instructions included. It's not terribly difficult to figure out, but someone who has trouble with assembly may need to come back to the listing photos to see how the pieces go together. At 17.5β x 13β, these are roughly the size of standard βhalf traysβ and theyβre perfect for what I needed. Because theyβre stainless steel, theyβre heavier than an aluminum tray would be which I like. This makes for more even heating and baking. I have used these for cookies and for roasting potatoes as well as roasting other vegetables. I found the clean-up to be very easy with the potatoes and vegetables because I generally have some oil on them. For the cookies, I used parchment paper which I always do anyway, so again, clean-up is a breeze. If you wash by hand (my preference), donβt use metal scrubbers or theyβll scratch, but if you prefer to just put them in the dishwasher, theyβre dishwasher-safe, so that works, too. I have a standard size oven, so I canβt put both trays on one oven shelf, but I can easily fit both in the oven if theyβre on separate shelves (although that does slightly impact the cooking time). They come inside the cardboard dispenser box but are also wrapped in plastic. Removing that plastic and then getting all of the sheets neatly back into the box is a little bit of a hassle. Once you get past that first setup, though, the dispenser works well and makes it easy to grab a single sheet. The parchment itself is fairly thin, but it has worked well for what I've used it for. Food releases easily and it saves a lot of cleanup compared with putting food directly on the pan. At $16.99 for 200 sheets, I think the price is acceptable but a little higher than some comparable 9 x 13 parchment sheet packs. The convenience of having them precut and stored in a dispenser does add some value, but I wouldn't consider it an especially good bargain. Overall, these work well and I really like the convenience of having flat precut parchment ready to grab. I just think the price could be a little more competitive for how thin the sheets are.
