I liked the material - a clear acrylic dispenser with convenient handle and pour spout that drains back into the container. It’s a space-saving, aesthetically-pleasing design with an affordable price. I wanted to get rid of the big plastic jugs and have more space and better organization in my laundry room. So when I got them, I went all in and filled both dispensers with the liquids. Unfortunately, after using them for the past few weeks, they noticeably leak around the pour spout and between the lid and container. My experience is similar to reviewer/customer BookLover89, and others that have reported about leaking. Such as disappointment. Quality and durability are lacking with this product. That “Reflow design” from the product description did not work in this case. I still had the laundry detergent container so I could pour it back in there. But I don’t have the jug for the fabric softener and have to find a temporary container for it while I look for a new dispenser solution. I think that this product size and style may be best suited for use with dry products like soap powder or scent beads, or maybe even liquids with less viscosity such as water or vinegar. But thick laundry detergent and fabric softener don’t easily flow back into the container, and they ooze out from the space between the lid and container. May need more durable, tighter seals in those areas. The labels that come with are clear with thin black lettering making them hard to read on the container even when it’s filled with something. I created my own labels using white sticker with black lettering that is more visible and easier to read from a distance. Overall, some customers report a positive experience with this product, but it did not work for me. Too messy causing too much stress.
