I personally use them for an almost 11 year old elder rabbit who us free roam and has accidents on the way to or outside the litterbox since going blin and developing arthritis (cleared medically otherwise and does have a low entry box). I bought these because I was going through multiple puppy pads a day to try and keep things dry. I wanted to be less wasteful. They're alright. They definitely get wet through by the end of the day, which was expected. I change them daily. I have one set up on a towel under the litterbox sitting on a large dog crate tray. So for me, easy to clean and does not affect anything due to being on the crate tray. No issues with sliding, probably because of my setup. They sort of stay damp, which is not ideal. I do change them every day, so the 6-pack was a good pick. I have been washing them in hot water with other pet laundry with regular laundry detergent, laundry sanitizer, and vinegar. I hang dry them. They seem to wash out pretty well so far. Stuff does stick to them like hair or in our case tiny bits of hay. Not a huge deal. I do have a hard time envisioning this product being successful for big dogs or humans though. If it's meh for my 4lb rabbit, I feel like it'd be worse for a larger creature. I do not think I would buy this particular brand again at the end of the day, but they aiight. Also Amazon you are a shady girl. Youre advertising this product today at $27.99 as a lightning deal. It’s like once she did it she now thinks it’s cool to keep doing that and I’m sick of throwing foil on my bed every time I get out of it. I have since loaded up on every type of enzyme cleaner and enzyme laundry detergent , double upped on waterproof mattress protector and now I’m going to see how well this blanket prevents her pee from transferring through. Maybe the water isnt the true test but I feel real good about it and if it disappoints me, I’ll adjust this review accordingly. If it works out great , I’m buying more !
