It’s pretty lightweight, so it’s easy on the arm and wrist, even during long sessions, in fact I’ve played over 3 hours with it a few times with no fatigue whatsoever. The build quality feels solid, especially for the price point. No rattling, or dead spots, and it’s holding up well after multiple games. It even comes with a paddle cover and two extra over grips. A week after putting the edge guard on I accidentally whacked the edge of the paddle during play. Dug a divot out of the guard, but no damage to the paddle! After a month of use with the guard, I was seeing some more dings to the guard, so I replaced the guard. The paddle itself looked brand new, without a single ding. The guard took all the damage. The replacement of the old guard with a new one was simple. The old one came off easily. Before removing the old one I marked with a pencil the cut-out spots. This made putting the replacement back on a snap. I also bought a another package of the guards, so I'm ready for the next set of dings, that will no-doubt happen in the next month. I just put another overgrip on top of it to avoid that feeling), and it's shorter than I like... Still, with all that said - 95% of the times, the sweetspot WORKS. It's a very forgiving paddle, accurate, pop feels plush, and so far I dont feel any pain in my wriest / arm / shoulder. I find it easy to dink with, I have enough power in my serves. If you like a stiff handle for control, this paddle would be good for you, but if you like a more comfortable, grippy handle that you don't need to hold as tight, just be aware. It's a subtle difference, just pointing it out. The surface of the paddle feels good, it has that smooth, slightly textured feel of carbon fiber. It has an okay amount of grip on the ball, you can drive spin with some practice. The edges of the paddle are tilted inwards, which make the trajectory more centered if you hit the ball with the edge. I put this on a paddle which had a grip that I did not like very much and would slip in my hand. Having this new better grip makes it feel like a different paddle. It has a tacky feel that does not slip in your hand giving me more control. It also has a little cushion feel, it is much nicer to hold on to. It seems to be higher quality than some other grips that I have tried. I think this is a good value for three quality grips. The one thing that do not like, and the reason I only gave it three stars, is because of the tape they provide for securing the grip. I chose a color of for the grip that would look good with my paddle, but then I am stuck with this white tape at the top that does not look good with my paddle or grip. I spent a lot of money on my paddle and I want it to look as good as it performs. The manufacturer uses this same white securing tape for all the colors that they offer. They could have easily matched the color of the tape to the grip and this would be five stars, but the securing tape color clash, which I did not notice when I ordered, is enough by itself, for me to go with another vendor even though the grip itself is great.
