Najm*** All this is is a large piece of felt and a blow up tube, like a beach ball but cylindrical. And the tube never stays inflated, do the puzzle falls to pieces in the rolled up state. Also the felt piece came full of wrinkles and kinks that won't come out, so the puzzle doesn't lay flat on it while I'm working on it. I personally got them to put under my power tower and to do stretches with to flesh out my home gym, and so far they've been a great addition. Its a lot more comfortable then doing stretches or basic calisthenics on a hardwood floor. The quality and thickness is what you'd expect, they're sturdy and provide enough cushioning for comfort. I've made good use of them in a few different ways while working out. Definitely have that versatility that you need. They're pretty cheap for how much it covers too, I'd recommend them.
