I hadn't even looked at that part initially because backpacks have always come with straps already assembled. It wasn't just one strap that maybe slipped off, it was every single one on the bag. The straps were easy to put together and have stayed snug ever since, without any slipping. While most useful for soccer/basketball, it could also be used for other things as well, especially sports.
