Citizen Men's Eco-Drive Sport Luxury World Chronograph Atomic Time Keeping Watch 1 Not a reliable watch for everyday wear M. S*** This is an incredibly beautiful watch, and when it syncs with the time standard the accuracy is impressive. That’s where it ends however. As others have mentioned, mine hardly ever properly syncs with the time standard, and it has gotten worse over the months I have owned it. To make matters worse, when it does fail to sync, it may actually leave the watch reporting the wrong time... and not off by a little, or an even hour... off to the point that it is an annoyance. The watches operating system often needs to be reset now (all reset, zero position), and if you do this, it works ok for a week or so, but then quickly slips back into its previous bad behavior. The process of doing this reset is tedious and time consuming to the point that it is more trouble than it is worth. Bottom line; if you want a watch that you have to constantly mess with to make it work, as a kind of hobby because you have nothing else to do, then this is your watch. If you want a watch that is a reliable tool for everyday wear, then I would suggest you look elsewhere. I have tried calling their help line and all they tell me is to do a reset. Honestly, I would never have bought this watch if I had known this. If I could return it for a refund, I would do so. B008T9QG7K US

It has a nice leather strap... no more floppy cumbersome metal wristbands. It's solar!!.. no changing out batteries, no winding so no possibility of a broken winding coil, no need to constantly shake or rock it, like "automatics" to keep it going, and NO apps... it's a watch, it shows the time and date, not a boondoggle of a mini- computer wrapped around your wrist. UPDATE: I had rated this watch as a 5, but after less than a year, the mineral crystal is all scratched up, not only on this watch but also a similar watch with a deep blue face. Why Citizen would cheap-out on a garbage mineral crystal rather than their nicer and scratch resistent sapphire crystal is bewildering, especially since the price set difference is minimal. I like the Citizen Eco-Drive brand, but having to take their watches to a jewelers to have their cheap mineral crystals replaced with a sapphire crystal really limits my interest and buying options. The domed shape of the crystal makes looking at the dial even more appealing. I wanted one of the dark colored disks, but this one was priced cheaper and I think I actually like the look better now.
