Now started using this for lower back and increased monitor height for correct height and pain free. Your sitting posture is 100% important and this pillow alone will not solve the problem if you can't correct other ergonomic postures. But this helps to align your back and this supports the neck. From my experience neck pain was caused by poor support for lower back and incorrect posture even though I had thought lower back support has nothing to do with neck pain. I also purchased same slimline support for my car and its really helps for car driving. Please note all these supports will feel uncomfortable at first but you will get used to use after few days. I don't write review often but here i am writing to help others with similar problem. Now, it's breaking down. It no longer keeps my butt from hurting. I still am not getting tailbone pain, but hey, butt and leg pain is a thing too. I thought it had a lifetime warranty on it, but that must have been another product. Overall, I guess it's not completely unreasonable to pay $25 a month for a comfortable chair, but... it would have been way better to have a cushion that worked for a longer time. I don't really have any expectation that *any* cushion, lifetime warranty or not, will actually last forever. To be honest, I'm going to try one with the lifetime warranty to replace this one, but..
