One memorable experience I had with this bag was when it was mistaken to be bought from Italy. That's how nice the leather looks, really. It looks more expensive. Sadly, it's barely a year when this gold-colored hook (the one that connects the strap to the bag) fell off. It was unexpected. I like that I can maximize the bag and put as much stuff for as long as there is space. However, I don't think those hooks were made for that. Hence, the 3-star rating. I just hope that nobody noticed that I was carrying a non-sturdy bag with a good leather finish. lol I can still carry the bag using the longer strap. But the shorter ones? Nah! Impossible.
